Ages Served & Student Eligibility

To support your home learning journey, Alpha Minds provides a dedicated academic enrichment program centered strictly on Reading, Writing, and Math Readiness for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten school-age students (ages 4 to 5).

Student Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Qualification: TK & Kindergarten school-age learners (Ages 4–5).
• Self-Care Requirement: All participating students must be fully toilet-trained and capable of managing personal hygiene independently prior to attending sessions.

Complete our student registration form to request a spot for your child.

Once your registration request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation to complete required enrollment forms and review our Parent Handbook. To secure your child’s cohort seat:

• Charter Families: Submit a Purchase Order (PO) request through your charter school's vendor portal.
• Private Pay Families: Complete the annual materials fee and initial installment payment.

Alpha Minds is a proud community partner and independent educational service provider. All supplemental academic enrichment sessions—including our TK/K Reading, Writing, and Math Readiness programs—are strictly secular, non-sectarian, and non-discriminatory.

Charter Purchase Orders (POs) and Enrichment Certificates cover approved academic instructional sessions, educational materials, and readiness programming. In accordance with California state public education regulations, charter funds are applied strictly to secular educational enrichment services and cannot be used for private school tuition, daycare, or non-instructional supervision.
